Dear Valued Customers,
 
As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we want to keep you updated on the proactive measures we continue to take in this pandemic environment. These policies are in place in an effort to protect the health and well-being of both you and our employees and help prevent the spread of the virus in the communities we serve.
  • All employees are required to complete a health screening each morning they report to work. Any employee experiencing cold or flu symptoms is required to stay home and contact a medical professional.
  • We are maintaining a high degree of hygiene and disinfecting standards and have instructed our employees in best practices, as recommended by the Center of Disease Control and the State of New York.
 
Sales Team
 
Our sales team will continue to conduct their routes as normal. However, we encourage our retail partners to engage in Retailer Portal for placing orders and making payments to safely limit the amount of person-to-person contact on a day-to-day basis.
 
All ride-withs, sales meetings, and large events continue to be postponed or moved to videoconferencing. We will refrain from any samplings/tastings until so advised by the State of NY.
Representatives are equipped with all necessary PPE including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. They should be compliant with state procedures at all times in your account.
 
Operations Team
 
All trucks have been equipped with disinfectant and our drivers have been instructed to wipe down all interior and exterior touchpoints before and after every shift. We will continue to require that masks and gloves be worn at all times with our warehouse and delivery teams. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Our drivers will enter the name of the receiver into their iPhone for proof of receipt.
 
Everyone’s continued safety as we “unpause” is paramount. We are thrilled to see the hospitality industry reopen and wish it to stay that way!
